The goal of Anywr is to be the service with which users can easily manage all their every day information and communications.
Anywr is a web and mobile system that offers simple, yet powerful services for managing contacts, events and communications intelligently from virtually anywhere using browsers, mobile devices or any other of the 750 million compatible devices available today.
Many internet users tend to have contact details of people they know spread over different sites and applications, (personal e-mail addresses on Yahoo Mail and Hotmail, professional e-mail addresses and professional calendar on Microsoft Outlook, personal calendars on Google calendar and phone numbers on the mobile phone) but many of these applications do not interact with one another.
Also, increased access to affordable laptops, more powerful mobile devices, and broadband networks like Wi-Fi and 3G have all helped to have an increasing number of people who usually access documents, e-mails and information remotely, thus creating more and more demand for products that simplify data access and organization.
Thanks to the SyncML standard, devices or applications can interact with one another, optimizing the use of our time.
Now it is possible to centralize and secure our information in one single place which can be accessed from anywhere.

Martin is a Software Engineer who is passionate about the Internet and how it is possible to make the best use of technology in more innovative ways. He felt that existing social networks and mobile services were not taking the latest information exchange technologies -like SyncML and Ajax - to its full potential and he decided to embark himself on the co-funding of Anywr.
Martin has many years of experience in the software and Internet industry. In the year 2000, when he was only 18 years old he created MGC DJ, a highly popular music software that was ranked number one in its category by Download.com between 2000 and 2001. He has also been part of large scale projects like the PepsiCo's outsourced management system.
